Greetings everyone! My name is Andy from I love languages. The voice and the artist behind this channel. Here in this channel, hear me read old texts from Ancient languages also, I created the channel for educational purposes dedicated to documenting different languages/dialects of the world. Since I was young, I am very fascinated by the diversity of our planet. I love learning languages and cultures around the world. My favorite part of creating a video is to draw the little characters in their traditional attire. Since I love colors, I create videos vividly to inspire viewers like you to learn them more. Most of my videos were recorded by myself and some submitted by you guys. I really hope that this channel will bring awareness that even though we speak different languages. We live on one planet.
Stay happy,
Andy

AUSTRONESIAN: INDONESIAN & MALAY
Welcome to my channel! This is Andy from I love languages. Let's learn different languages/dialects together.
Indonesian and Malaysian Malay are standardized varieties of the Malay language, officially used in Indonesia (and Timor Leste as a working language) and in Brunei, Malaysia, and Singapore, respectively. While they are generally mutually intelligible, they exhibit noticeable differences in spelling, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary, influenced by different predominant sources of loanwords. These differences, which can range from mutually unintelligible to closely related, can lead to intercultural conflicts, particularly in higher education. To non-native speakers, the varieties may seem identical, but native speakers can discern distinctions in diction and accent. These differences also impact the broadcasting industry, leading to the use of both Indonesian and Malay subtitles in movies and cable TV to reach a broader audience.
This video is created for educational, language awareness, and language preservation purposes. It aims to provide valuable insights and knowledge to viewers, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of different languages and their unique characteristics. By raising awareness about linguistic diversity, the video seeks to foster a greater respect and recognition for various languages, particularly those that are endangered or underrepresented. Additionally, it contributes to the preservation of languages by documenting and sharing linguistic knowledge, thus ensuring that these languages and their cultural heritage are not lost to future generations.

Hey. How Old Are You Now!!!
The Samoyedic languages of the Uralic family are by far my favourite branch of Proto-Uralic. It’s only a shame that UNESCO already classifies them as endangered as the shift towards Russian as the daily medium of communication increases from one generation to the next.
Dans quelle région de Kabylie le mot Tafukt est utilisé ? Je pensais que c’était seulement au Maroc

The welcoming words "Hello! My name is Andy. Nice to meet you!" is mistranslated here. Me as a native Russian speaker will show what the actual translation can look like. Mistranslated: "Привет! Меня зовут Энди. Очень Приятно!" More correct (my translation): "Привет! Меня зовут Энди. Приятно познакомиться!" I fixed the last sentence there. because "Очень Приятно!" is more translated into "Very Comfortable!". So instead i replaced it with "Приятно познакомиться!" which is the key to the last sentence because it does translate as "Nice to meet you!". I hope Andy doesn't mess up later! :D
For god so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Why Malay speaks like in glottal stops while Indonesian speaks in softer end of each word (I don't know what word should I describe).
THE GREAT SPIRIT BLESS THE SPEAKERS
Anyone who speaks Tibetan i need you help.
If you can provide books or video resource for coptic that would help viewers but great video.
As a Tagalog speaker, Indonesian sounds so much familiar to me, even though I have never been to Indonesia but have visited Malaysia 3 times and interacted with Malaysians a lot more. Sometimes when I hear Indonesian spoken in the distance, it sounds like Tagalog if I am not actively listening to what they are saying.
I think cause of accents.as a Malay myself I can hear Tagalog and Indonesian accents sounds sounds similar to my ears
My name is Semai/Khmer Muh en / chmuah anh (familiar/polite)
they used to be dialects. but recently indonesian has begun to move further from malay. also i dont know why, but the malay version of the lord’s prayer sounds weird. it sounds like the speaker unnecessarily added lines.
They have a common sound that makes them sound similar and it feel weird
Why does Uzbek 🇺🇿 sound a bit like Farsi, could be the speaker, but it does. Also a lot of words are familiar. Osmon and آسمان
Are they as easy as English and German, or not easy?
Indonesian is far more easier than those languages, no tenses, etc
Request: Estonian and Japanese?
Do Hebrew and Swahili first
Could you make Taiwanese Chinese and Japanese?
Are these languages gonna be safe soon, or are they not?
Request: Finnish and Mongolian?
Could you make Iraqi Arabic and Persian?
Hindi is a lot closer to Urdu they can understand each other they just can’t read it
Bahasa Melayu/Malay language (Sound standards language since Malacca Sultanate) . Bahasa Malaysia/Malaysia language (Sound Johor language but in formal writing we use standards language. Bahasa Indonesia/Indonesian language (Sound Riau language and standard Malacca Sultanate).
I am from Turkiye, I understand 90% of the text.
Great deep dive thanks for sharing.💚💙
Make a video about avar language please
Filipino got its words from Austronesian, so China shall not claim the whole sea as their own. Austronesian Countries has the Rightful Claim😊
I can notice the differences in the pronnunciation of E and R in Malay and Bahasa Indonesia. E sound in Malay is almost like schwa and R sound in Indonesian is more rough
In both Standards, Malay and Indonesian, the letter E is two different sound using the same letter, E and schwa E. E.g. Kereta, the first E is schwa, the second one is normal E, So read as Kréta. Do you mean to say A? Because A at the end of Malay words commonly pronounced like a schwa where Indonesian don't.
@@languagesolehsoleh Omg I forgot the "A" sound as well. It does sound a bit like E in Malay accent
Please do Mary El and Chuvashia
One Malay is influenced by English, and another one is influenced by Dutch
nothing to do with the colonialists, both are still Malay language
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet que te pariu.

I like Frisian but I do not speak it I have a soft spot for it I don't know why
it's really cool that some of the basic vocabulary is still recognizable for a Finnish speaker! thanks for the video! idk how you do it but it's not the first time ive been fascinated by a particular language only for you to post it here within the next few days 🤍
